You certainly have your hobbies. And if nothing prevents it, you pursue them. But the problem is that we humans do not always have ideal conditions for pursuing our hobbies. And sometimes we cannot even do what we would enjoy. Because someone would have to allow us to do it, but they simply do not want to allow us to do it. A typical example of an activity that many people would enjoy if it were possible is shooting firearms. By which I mean real weapons, not just imitations of them. There are so many people among us who would like to pick up a real firearm and find out how soldiers or police officers, or other armed people, probably feel!
But they lack permission from the authorities, i.e. a firearms license. And without it, no one in the Czech Republic is allowed to own a firearm. It would be illegal. And there are even firearms that can only be used by professionals and no ordinary person will ever try them out. But even people who are not allowed to own a firearm can sometimes shoot it. But only in specific situations. For example, visiting a shooting range, which allows our people and English-speaking foreigners to enjoy this hobby, because they can lend them their own weapons.
Such a shooting range has a safe environment, the shooters are supervised by professional instructors, and that is different. In such an environment, all people who enjoy it can shoot, as long as they obey the local rules. And if you enjoy shooting, you can also head here.
